  1. Hmm I think there will be more next year. Try Kate Cowhig, it is the agency that helped me. Absolutely no fees
  2. No placement, no salary deduction. In our case they have given us 2000 euros moving allowance, we can spend for house for 2 months
  3. When I got mine, my status changed to Decision Pending on a Monday and they only sent it Friday that week. Allow 4 days for the mail to be delivered so they received my DL Tuesday. When your status changed to 'Decision Pending' it doesn't necessarily means they have sent it already. I'm afraid there is nothing we could do to expedite the process.
  4. Oh we were told that there will be January adaptation. Where did you hear this news?
  5. Oh really? That seems odd to me, mine changed 2 weeks after my agency received my DL. And they said particularly that they are already applying my NMBI Certificate and ATWS so everything was expected from the get go.
  6. It means your agency/employer applied you for RCSI examination or they have already scheduled you for clinical adaptation. You will then have to wait for your ATWS (work permit)
  7. We don't have October adaptation, the next one will be the September batch, and then November.
  8. Congratulations! Anyway, we were told that after November, the next adaptation will be on 15 November 2018.
  9. Belle congratulations! After everything! That Decision Letter is well worth it! It should arrive in Kate Cowhig office in 4-7 days!
  10. I heard good things about Willis care. I know someone who recently went to Ireland through them.
  11. Hello, there is no age limit as long as your are not 65 which is the retirement age. Also it is safer and quite better to produce new notorized copy to avoid further delays. God bless
  12. During the assessment stage, your papers are sent to the Education Department of NMBI, they will then check your course, subjects, related learning experiences and see if it fits their required curriculum. They will then decided if you are eligible for registration, or you need to undergo adaptation or RCSI examination. After assessment, they can issue a Decision Letter reflecting their assessment.
  13. Hi I remember the feeling haha, at least ALLNURSES forum gave me something other than NMBI to check often LOL.
  14. Hahaha I didn't buy piglets. I hope I did haha. I'm hoping and praying that your decision letter will come soon, even earlier. The viber group seems quiet these days probably because everyone has their DL's already
  15. Belle, during the assessment stage, the education department will look into your application if their curriculum is suited to what you had in your country. Basically they will just decide if you still need to undergo Adaptation or not! So there will be no more further information required since that is settled during the 'Review' stage! I'm so happy you reached assessment stage Belle! I am! But.... Right now, NMBI is so inundated with applicants so it takes a while for them to review all application! Mine took 4 weeks but that was a month ago, my friend just had her Decision pending status and it took her 5 weeks!. I can see other people have it for 5 - 6 weeks these days. But still on the positive note, you are done. You are just waiting for your decision this time so that eliminates a great degree of worry there!
