hi everyone. i start my training for cna next monday and im kind of upset with my bf. im gonna try this and if i like it im gonna go to school for my nursing degree. anyway when i told my bf of 2 yrs that i start my new job on monday he got all upset. when i asked him y he started going off on me. he said he didnt want me looking or touching other guys memberes. now hes got me so upset i dont know if i should even go ahead with the training. exactly how much will i be seeing and touching guys memberes? is this an everday thing or a once every so often thing?

Troll posts are fake posts made up by people trying to get a rise out of others. I don't think this is that.

Your boyfriend has to realize that he's being irrational. CNA work is NOT like that! I've seen more memberes than a prostitute and I have never compared any of them to my boyfriend's. Never even crosses my mind.

In fact, one time my boyfriend asked me if I'd ever seen an uncircumcised member (because he is circumcised) and I said nope, never. About 10 minutes later I realized with a chuckle that I've seen tons of them at work. That goes to show you how much thought I put into crotches... almost none!

You can probably tell your boyfriend these things till you're blue in the face, but he is still going to be insecure. Remind him that it's HIS issue, not yours. You are not the one who cares about the size of his member, so there'll be no reason for you to act any differently towards him just because of this job.

:grn: Wow....really! You need to explain to him what a "clinical situation" is. Does your bf get upset when you get your annual gyno exam??? Or does he not even know what goes on?? Show him your textbook and or other clinical material related to peri-care and let him read it and he should come around.

I can't do anything but shake my head at this post. I couldn't imagine anyone being jealous about something like that... and I couldn't even imagine comparing an old man's junk with my boyfriends or ever thinking hey this old dude is packing heat wish my boyfriend was... ***? SERIOUSLY... you must be young, that's all that I can say. I am just surprised that you even posted something like this. I HOPE that this is a joke.

I really hope this is a guy asking this....

I'm a girl. And the reason I ask that question is b/c that term is new to me and it's the first time I heard it. And I usually get in a habit of asking for clarification for something I dont understand, in this case that's all. I dont mean to sound dumb or anything, honestly! I think it's ok to ask question if we dont understand what's mean b/c that's how we learn new term.

Now I know what a gyno exam is, another word is pelvic exam and it's only for female. By the way, I never had a gyno exam before that's why I dont know what it mean at first.
