New York Presbyterian/Columbia (NYP Email) New Grad

I got an email yesterday from NYP/Columbia that I am selected as a "top candidate" and can skip the meet and greet and go to an interview with Nurse Leaders in June. Has anyone else received this now or in the past and could provide advice? I know the process is long being hired at such a premier hospital. Just wondering if anyone could give me some insight.

i havent attended meet and greet yet. I applied online, took the battery assessment test and thats it. I am still waiting for the invitation for the meet and greet.

I took the battery test in November 2015, at the end of Dec. 2015 got the app. to Meet and...In January 27th 2017 attended Meet...February 1st got the status "future concideration"Now is April, still in" future..."some people got the offer.
