New York Presbyterian/Columbia (NYP Email) New Grad

I got an email yesterday from NYP/Columbia that I am selected as a "top candidate" and can skip the meet and greet and go to an interview with Nurse Leaders in June. Has anyone else received this now or in the past and could provide advice? I know the process is long being hired at such a premier hospital. Just wondering if anyone could give me some insight.

Ugh, so frustrating. I had emailed managers too and everything they've said is very vague.

I just wish I knew anything! It feels a little cruel to tell us there is literally no timeline.

I agree, and they said it doesn't mean a job is definite. I think they sent the message to everyone who interviewed. They continue to have career events for experienced nurses on floors we interviewed for, so in reality, I don't think they plan on taking many new grads.

I've heard of a few people through this site, and now that NYP posted another New Grad Meet and Greet I'm guessing they're done hiring any of the people from June interviews :-(
