Does anyone have any information on this hospital in the Bronx? What happens after interview with nurse manager? What is the starting salary and diff with experience or evening shift? I know some of their schedules are considered evening and not nights.

Thanks ?

Hi mrn123, congradulation for the interview.

Do you mind me asking how you applied in this hospital? I have applied multiple times online without hearing anything back. I also noticed that they have many openings throughout the year. I am wondering if there is any other way to apply. Thank you so much.

Hello and thank you. I just applied online also. I didn't have any type of connection to anyone at the hospital. Good luck!

I've been applying online as well. Application seem easy as it is just filling out the form and pasting resume. I thought there was something wrong with application.

Hey all i have been applying since i got my ASN in 2012 no reply. So after i completed the BSN this march, i got a call from HR, went for an interview, did the pharm test, HR made copies of my credentials, and she asked me what position do i want and i said L&D she was happy with my reply because she said anytime she interviews candidates always say anywhere.

I applied online and then I received an email from a nurse manager to come in for an interview. The email said that HR gave her my resume and she would like to set up a time with me. She offered me the position during the interview and then about two days later, HR contacted me. With HR I took a basic med/nursing exam and then interviewed with them as well. I feel like I did the process backwards. I accepted the position with HR on Thursday :)

Hi SherluckyRN:

It went very well. The 3 managers were awesome. I got a great vibe leaving the interview...lots of smiles, laughs, and head nods ...promising right? I've been down this road before with Montefiore though... I got "HR will contact you" at the end. The same response I received from the 1st interview. Its been over a month already since the 1st. ..So I sit and wait...

I know exactly what you mean. I'm hoping you get that positive call back. Hate when the interview seem promising and then nothing. Stay positive...

Hey ... have you gotten anywhere with HR?

Hey, just wondering if you have any updates? Did you get a call back with HR?

Also, may I know what type of questions the nurse managers were asking? Were there a lot of scenario type questions? How about 'tell me a time when a px...' questions?
