New TEAS V Science Section

Has anyone taken the latest version, the TEAS V? My test is coming up April 6. I have the ATI version V study guide, and the McGraw Hill book.

What should I be sure to study when it comes to the latest version of the test?

I am taking the Teas on the 6th and I am super nervous!! I have the ATI testing guide and I'm thinking that I'm not retaining nearly as much as I should be. My main focus is the science as I am good at reading and math. I have noticed some slight struggles with the grammer/vocab that was unexpected but getting better. Does anyone know of any other practice tests that I can get? I have already done the ones in the book. Any additional help would be great. Thanks so much!

ATI has online tests available on their site. Make sure that you take the version that is appropriate for the one that you are taking. They are really expensive (around $30 each if I remember correctly), but they are the only ones I found to be true to the actual exam aside from the ones in the book.

I have taken the ones in the book but can't really afford to take the online ones. I have gotten the McGraw Hill book at the last minute and am now working on the practice tests in there and doing some reading. Will the McGraw Hill book also help me when it comes to the TEAS V in all sections?

Hello Mom2three3, I am a mother as well and I have not been in school for a long time if you could please help me on what to study I really need help in the science and math, I bought the ATI book but I hear that the science part is nothing like the test, please I really need to pass this test, I take the TEAS V in the beginning of February. Plz I really need your help I am desperate to pass this test.

paco69 congratulations on passing your teas v test, can you please advise on what should i need to be studying for the science part as i keep seeing on posts that the science part on the test is nothing like the ati manual book, i recently bought this book and have not started studying yet, i am really nervous and scared as i am not good in math and science i really need to study, cs i have not been in school in a long time. plz plz plz give me some advise on what to study for the teas v, i take mine in the beginning of february. :confused:

Hello dshannon04, how did you do in your test, any advise, trust me anything helps, I am freaking out as well, as I am not good in math, and in science I have not seen in years. PLZ anything helps I am taking the TEAS V.

how detail do i need to go with physics? do they provide us with equations? what equations should i memorize?

I just have the ATI book and studying every page... I dont know what to advice you since I am confused myself... I dont know what to expect for the science part either..
