Has anyone taken the latest version, the TEAS V? My test is coming up April 6. I have the ATI version V study guide, and the McGraw Hill book.
What should I be sure to study when it comes to the latest version of the test?
I usually get like 95% in the english, vocab, grammer sections and actually did like...ten times better in science than any other category. I will say the Hesi was like preschool compared to this one and I scored an 85% overall on the Hesi. I'm relieved it's all over and I start school January 17th!
Yes as it is for many schools, but I don't like the fact that they don't even consider your applications if you have not reached the percentage they want. I think that is totally unfair. It's one thing to make students take it, and have them look at it with all of the other requirements. But to drop you automatically? That is not cool!
The TEAS is TOTALLLLLLY unfair! No school should use it to determine any type of acceptance. I don't even think they can do that. Ugh! =/ I hate the TEAS!
Agreed! My school gave it to us after we were admitted just to find people who were in need of extra tutoring. Mine is a second degree program so they assume that if you already have a Bachelor's degree you are doing okay and the true undergrads who come through have already survived two years of undergrad and been admitted. But still, some of that stuff was really ridiculous, I had to draw upon 10th grade chemistry--and it's been a while!
my teas test is on friday november 12. i've heard that it's been two weeks since the state of florida changed the old version to a new version. does anyone know about that? has anyone taken the latest version? i'm so confused.
hey!
i have not taken the teas v yet however, i have brought the exam study guide from the ati website with research i have found out that it helps alot im hearing the science section is different then the actual test tho but i am still studying all its great so far easy to understand if u study and prepare yourself u will be able to score high and get accepted to a program..... good luck!
