Has anyone taken the latest version, the TEAS V? My test is coming up April 6. I have the ATI version V study guide, and the McGraw Hill book.
What should I be sure to study when it comes to the latest version of the test?

I'll be taking version V sometime in the next month or two and am scared to death. I do very well on the vocab, grammar, reading portions of these tests but am scared I won't do good enough on the science and maybe the math. I bombed my HESI and retook it a month later (with not much studying because I was knee deep in classes) and missed it AGAIN by 1 flipping point. I panicked and found myself second guessing my answers and got stuck on a couple questions, spending too much time on them. I ordered my Teas V study guide from B&N tonight for $22. I won't be right until I pass this. Passing for my school is 70%. I believe it's cumulative too so that might help me offset a low math if I don't do good enough.

Yes, the practice exams were very helpful and similar to the actual test, I don't think that any of the questions were repeated in the test, but it would give u a pretty good idea of the type of questions that u will see in the test

Hi - Just found out that I need to take the TEAS V this fall also. Can those of you who have recently taken it tell me what you studied from? Was the McGraw-Hill still applicable? Also, what is this about know the periodic table numbers? Did you have to memorize it (the frequent ones)? I will definitely have to brush up on chemistry because I am rustier than a nail in a water bucket (and I am sure that is a chemical equation).
Thank you,
Kimberly

Thanks for the posting guys it has given me an idea on some of the areas that I need more focusing.
Scheduled to take mine at the end of the month. I am praying that the ATI book from Barnes and Nobles and the TEAS® Exam Practice Questions - Help your Test of Essential Academic Skills™ Score with free unofficial Preparation Materials for the TEAS® Test website along with a brush up in chemistry will be sufficient. I am wondering if I should have purchased the package from the ATI website that included the book and the online tests?

Hey there!
I just took my TEAS today and got an 88% adjusted total score. I thought that the practice exam online was very useful as to show you what to expect. I used the ATI manual and thought it was helpful in studying for everything EXCEPT science...
I brushed up on some chem with an intro to chem text from the library
GOOD LUCK!
