Hi all!

I know it may be a bit early but I like to always get the ball rolling. Is there anyone that is looking to apply to the 2019-2020 accelerated nursing cohort at NJCU?? I'm looking to connect so we can keep each other updated throughout the process.

Hey guys! I applied to NJCU (jersey city) for next fall and just had a question about the transcripts- I can have them directly sent to NJCU right its not through Nursingcas right? I entered in my transcript on the application i'm referring to the official version. Thanks and best of luck to everyone ?

Does anyone know what the total cost of the program is? And is there a way to get financial aid even tough it is a second degree program?

Hi! Everything is through NursingCAS! If you go to Instructions & FAQ, there’s a section talking about how to send your transcripts. There’s an option to send by mail (they give you the address) or electronically, depending on how it works for your school.

Does the transcript need to be verified by the application deadline?

Cause I might be dead soon if they do

no they do not need to be verified by the deadline!! i called and confirmed, as long as they are received before the deadline you are good-you may want to go and match ur pre requisite course work though in the transcript entry part!

If I'm taking one class at a community college that is unrelated to this program do I need to mention it in application?

undergrad GPA: 2.9 (history major/rutgers nb)

pre requisite GPA: 4.0

overall HESI: 93%

math-100 reading-88 bio-92 a&p-92 grammar-90 vocab-96
