I hear North Dakota is hiring even though the housing may be tough.
Is this true? If so which hospital? Do you think a large hospital will hire me as a new grad into the ICU or Med Surg?
I have a BSN but it's been two years since I've had clinical experience (ICU). I have an internship coming up in January but I am hoping to find a job before that or have a job lined up after the internship.
I applied to 15 hospitals in Texas so far and got one interview and two call backs. Interview didn't go anywhere and the two hospitals haven't called me back. I am starting to get desperate here and the job search was even tougher than I imagined.
