New grad Filipino nurse wanting to work in Australia/New Zealand Part 2

Published

Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.

Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

Just search University of South Australia then search ARNTP on that website. The tuition I think is AUD 14,000+.

Hi guys, i already received my LOE just now. Ahpra-vic received my documents april 22 they asked for additional documents may 10, i was able to send it may 15, and just today, they send my eligibility letter. I just have a question, will it be possible to find a school who will still accomodate me this year? Thanks! :) patience is really a virtue!

I paid $10,020 something at that time. I don't know if they've increase already :)

been scouting for schools, and my main consideration is the tuition fee..hehe..thanks :)

Thanks for the info... Anyway, Im already enrolled in ETEA located in Burgundy street Victoria Australia. I will be in Victoria by October 15, just a week before my commencement date for the Bridging. Are you staying or working near Burgundy street? If you could meet me up, just to have companions later on.. I dont have relatives there. So I am looking for friends that could help me just in case. Congratulations for being an Australian

Thanks a lot....

yours was fast cos in my case it took me 10 months. yes you can still enroll for this year just not so sure which school still has available slots. I'm also looking for a school now. My choice is CON but they haven't replied yet.

Is there anybody here who just sent their application to CON? like 2-3 weeks ago or just recently?
