Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

Cioman94:I have contacted the Immi. Lawyer's office in front of Aldevinco but they don't process PR, they told me my friend Joy (who has a sis in Australia) and I can process for student visa..also i tried AVCS (one with MARA Lawyers) in Baguio City, and consult Lifeline. Maybe local immigrant lawyers don't process PR here.. Its not like Canada where we in as PR and set-up for living, studying and then certification.
If anyone has experience on this issue pls. share your experience.
[email protected] ....that is the email add of the immigration agent in davao city in front of aldevinco..
99% of immigration experts in the philippines are not lawyers.. stay away from lawyers... frankly speaking, i and most of us here are more knowledgeable (spelling??) than phil. lawyers with regards to immigration.. i have never in my lifetime talked to a lawyer with regards to immigration to any countries.. instead, i talked to agents/consultants..
cheers!
hi everyone! im really getting worried already. I havent received my eligibility yet. I've been emailing AHPRA and they only replied that my application has not been yet assigned to any registration officer.. Its been 7 months since I received the receipt for my application..

Which state did you send your application? If you paid for your application fee thru credit card, has it been reflected in your credit card bill already? Mine is already 5 months and counting. My registration officer has already emailed me that all my submitted documents are complete and in order. And that was almost 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for my ahpra letter though. Just hold on and don't lose hope.
Hello Guys... I just want to share my experience in ahpra
Late April : Passed my aplication in WA
May 13 : recieved an email that documentary requirements are complete
May 17: recieved my eligibility letter. :)
I am currently staying in Perth. The problem is only few bridging programs are offered in WA. Always pray and God will provide. :).
You do realise documents had to come from home country direct to AHPRA? 17-20 days mmmm, yeah,
Australia had a easter holiday from the 22 to the 25 with many extending this holiday to the 28th of April, this includes everybody including the mail service as well as AHPRA staff....... this will make others feel bad for sure.....

Hi,
May I ask where to send application form? It says on the APHRA form relevant city. What is the city that's quickest to process application form? Thank you.
