hey ryan, where is the location of Victorian College of Health and Nursing and how much is their course fee? Keep me posted about cheaper bps... La Trobe is a lot and it means, i gotta stretch the family's finances... it could really help if we can find a less costly BP. thank you!

it would be great if we could enrol together, just tell me where will you enrol and which intake as i will enrol to it too...
right now im planning to enrol at Mercy Health, Deakin Uni, ETEA, VCHN (in particular order )
by the way, try to check the Mt. Alexander Hospital website, they conduct IRON for AU$12,000+ this price includes the board and lodging and the course materials needed in the program...:)
Hi choc and everyone! Just wanna share that I received my assessment result yesterday in the mail. Unfortunately, I was given an incomplete assessment
There are some docs I have to submit with regards to evidence of recency of practice and course descriptors.
SO, here I go again gathering these documents...
Awww... oh well don't fret bubblynurse. At least you already have your assessment. Let's just be patient with their additional requirements. I have a feeling that they will also be requiring me to submit those documents. Let's just pray that after they receive those additional requirement from you that they will grant your favorable assessment already.
Hang in there guys! As for me, I will consider July 2 as day 1 so I'll patiently (sigh..) wait until October 2 or so.

Alexander. i think they have a good package at 12,450 to cover everything for the duration of the course... i think i can save a lot with this... how far is this place Castlemaine? the website says, there's limited bus route to the hospital... Why are you not considering La Trobe? I paid 80 AUD for my application there.. at least you still have a shot at Deakin cz you are a PR. I am eyeing on January intake but I might consider Feb intake also, I don't know anybody there so having a buddy would be a big help.

Btw, terra, are you a 2nd courser? Do you have any experience as trainee or employed? And didn't you need to submit any docs from the start?

Ryan, my status with La Trobe is currently pending until they get my new IELTS with all 7.0 bandscore. their next intake is January 4. if i get accepted, I will spend New Year in Melbourne with my gf but she goes back after 2 weeks.
I do not have a place to stay in Bendigo, I am starting to check out some rooms though and hopefully be able to get cheaper accomodation. My gf's aunt is in South Morang. I Hope we can jsut rent a room or place owned by a Filipino and hopefully they give a cheaper rent.
Please help me research if Mt. Alexander is worth waiting for in Feb also. I hope we can really go in the same school together with Farah.
