I can't help you really; that's why I suggested the International Nurses' Forum at this website. Maybe the moderator will move the thread for you; if not, you should start one there.
LOTS of good information for you! :)

First, you need to know what hospital are hiring. Some hospitals needs a specific board passing rate. Try asking people you know. Batchmates who applied in several hospitals. Ask them their experience. Just dont give up when they tell you how hard it is to look for a job.

thank you! if ever, a hospital requires a board rating, wud it already be impossible for you to get hired if you fell short of that requirement?
Still trying to apply is better than doing nothing at all.... : )

i went to nursing school in the philippines and i think you should try applying at either st.luke's, asian hospital in alabang and makati med because they are gearing in accordance to world class health care services..
i just dont know exactly if you are trying to just stay in the philippines or have plans to go abroad
i have friends that are working at ust hospital while waiting for your sponsorship abroad after passing the nclex...

Yes there are some hospitals which have a certain board rating requirement. I have to say that they are strict with this as it is their requirement especially now that so many nurses are applying. Before you apply, I would advise you to have a visit in their corresponding offices and ask about the requirements and should you fall short of the required rating, ask them if you are still eligible to apply.
A lot of the hospitals have freeze hiring at the moment so that could be a problem. There is a very high demand for RN jobs but close to non available for those who are looking for employment. But it wouldn't hurt to try and apply or at least inquire in each and every hospital you can find.
