ok everyone! I'm about to take my net in 20 min! Pray for me I need it! I had to write this to calm me down.:bluecry1:

I hope it went well this morning!! :D

Did they give you your results right after you took it?

Hi there,

I guess we are kind of in the same boat. I took my ACT this morning. We will both do well. Let us know how you did:)

Ok. I got my results...and....well.... you tell me. I got a 90 on my math and 73 :angryfireon reading comp. The darn "predicting outcomes" part always gets me:smackingf!!! Even on the review the predicting outcomes part lowered my grade. I made a 900ish....I can't remember the score but it was in the excellent box which was the highest rating. OMG I hope I get in. There are only 12 slots. But if I don't I will try again next time.:crying2:

That sounds like ok #'s to me :D.

Here at our school you just have to pass the NET with above 70 on each section. Other than seeing that your # is above that they don't care about anything else with it. They just want to see that you can do math and read decently. I'm sure other schools may stress it more but hopefully yours is not one of them.

you have a 81.5 comp % that is good! i am pretty sure that this result wont keep you from getting accepted!

what is your gpa?

The school I'm applying for does count GPA. Acceptance is based soley on NET scores. I took the test as a last minute thing so I guess I did good. I'm kinda disappointed that it is only a 81.5 because only 12 will get in, but theres always next semester.

I wanted to add that you helped me a lot Csantos. When I decided to take the test... I had no idea what to do until I read your NET post. Even though I was totaly prepared making 100's on the practice pre-test I was shaking so bad I had issues with writing the math problems. But now I know its not a big deal so next time I will do tons better.

Oh...sorry I didn't asnwer your question...my GPA is 3.8. Can you use Net test results taken at one college at a different college?

yes you can! if they don't want to give you a copy of the net, just call eri costumer service and order a copy to be sent to the school of your choice price = 40 USD

better than taking it again!

Hi all. I took NET last week while I was at the testing center to take one of my final exams. I had taken a couple of practice tests but wanted to see it for myself what it really looked like on PC! I figured, I can always re-take it in 60 days as I am still working on prerq's.

I ended up passing with a satisfying score - but had I wanted to re-take it, they told me that I could not because I passed. Is this right? I am just thankful that I passed with decent scores.

Congrats to those who passed the NET also!! :) :balloons:

You should be able to retake it. I know my school has a policy that states you have to wait a week. Some schools only allow twice a year. Just depends.
