Electronically signed yesterday and now when I go to view my app those documents are there but I'm not able to view. Still no sec of state . Was told that next we should get an award worksheet with the $ about we are awarded.

Hey, new to all this. How do I figure out my tier? And the debt ratio?I figured out that I'm a DSH hospital. I am only an RN. Is a DSH hospital a good thing?

Check here for funding preferences and to find your tier:http://www.hrsa.gov/loanscholarships/repayment/nursing/fundingpreference.htmlAs far as debt to income ratio, it's just your accrued debt:salaryYes, being a DSH is a good thing, but the rules have changed this year so check out the first link to get a better understanding. Hope this helps!

Very happy for all of you! However, I am feeling pretty discouraged. My app still says "submitted". I'm not sure why.....

There is still time, the lowest RN D to I ratio I have seen with an email is 115%, tier 1. I don't understand the NP who is hanging out in tier 1 and over 100% and still saying "submitted," seems like that is some weird mistake.

So happy for everyone with an email, now we just have to cross our fingers that they aren't sending out more emails than they have money and keep hoping for everyone still waiting on the email.

Oh my gosh! My contract was signed by representative today at noon! I am doing my happy dance because I have to believe that is a good sign! I got the initial email on 7/18 though, so quite a wait until that happened!

Oh my gosh! My contract was signed by representative today at noon! I am doing my happy dance because I have to believe that is a good sign! I got the initial email on 7/18 though, so quite a wait until that happened!

I got my email on 7/18 also......I saw your post and was looking at hrsa trying to see if mine had been, my computer bogged down and it took me FOREVER to get the page open.........it says OFAM approver??? I hope that is good news.........From last years post they got the contract in the mail about 30 days from email????? I'm going to stalk the postman....lol...but really!!!

tgonzalez, what happened after receiving the original email? What should we expect or have you not heard anything else as of yet? Thank you!

I haven't received any further emails but when you go to the portal and view your submitted application, you will see a award worksheet and letter......you can't open them but they should or will be there.....then today I looked at my contract when you initially sign in to the portal and it has a hrsa signature, look on second page. That wasn't there until today......I hope it is a seal of approval....congrats and good luck!!!!!!!

Congrats all!!! There really does not seem to be any rhyme nor reason to all of this. I got my email 5-8, and STILL do not have a signature and haven't heard anything else.
