Is there already a thread for RNs waiting to hear about awards from the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program?

When I search, I can only find previous year's threads.

I work at children's hospital. I worked at UAB for 5 years before I got done with graduate school. I worked on the bone marrow transplant unit, I do ENT now

Great! I used to work at Arkansas Children's in CVICU. I am a distance student in the DNP program at UAB.

Well, hadn't been as bad as waiting for second signature was! LOL! I'll post as soon as I get it though.

Does anyone know about this: I am in school now and can get tuition reimbursement at my facility for a year of service. Can I do this? When they verify our employment in the next two years, will they ask if we have any new service requirements?

I came for DNP orientation in March and will be back April 10-11 for DNP Intensive. Was amazed at the size of the campus. Just incredible.

How long did it take everyone to receive second signature?

Over a month for me. 8/7 to 9/14

I don't know, they do ask on the initial application. Be very careful, now that you have this, you don't want anything to mess it up!!! You could try calling the help line or send a question via your portal.

Absolutely! The tuition reimbursement is nothing compared to the NELRP!
