Has anyone taken this EC exam? If so, please give me some pointers this material is killing me. Thanks!

Why Gerontology? Why not the introductory sociology CLEP? It's less expensive, and EC accepts it as a sociology credit. Just some food for thought. :)
It is a time issue. My advisor told me that CLEP can take 4-6 weeks to get the transcript to EC, and I need everything finalized by March 15 to make graduation in April. And March 15 was an extension on the original cut off date.
Interesting ... CLEP took about a week to get my transcripts to EC; it took EC longer to get my student status/eval summary updated! Oh well ... good luck anyway. :) I think Suesquatch took EC's Gerontology, if I'm not mistaken.
Thanks, I feel like I am never going to get through this!

I did take the Geronrology.
What's to get through?
Old people are not old. They are elderly. They don't all get dementia and to assume they do is age-ist.
What problems are you having? Really, it was straightforward, ridiculous material.
I have been reading since Thursday and am only on Chapter 5. I have to keep rereading the same paragraph over and over again. It seems a little contradictory to what the paragraph before it said. Am I just putting to much thought into it, is it that cut and dry, and I don't realize it?

What books did you use to prepare for this exam?
It really is that cut and dried. You're over-analyzing.
I used the texts they recommended.

Agreed!
not really sure how this is so funny.....i have been through a lot to get through this program just as everyone else has, and after passing the cpne, with flying colors, i get a notice that after final review of my transcript i am short 2.0 hours in sociology. so i have until march 15 to pass this exam if i want to graduate on time, maybe i am a little touch about the situation, but i was looking for some guidance.
