Finding specific nursing articles can be a tedious task, so I definitely will not be searching for you.. :) But, I can give you some ideas of where to look. First and foremost, I would look to your school's library. They should access to many different database (CINHAL, Pubmed, First Search, etc.) where you can search for nursing articles. I have a nursing research class this semester where we need to find very specific articles and I use these databases all the time. Luckly, we can access them from off-campus if we use our school ID number.
If your school doesn't offer these services -- although most do, there are some smaller programs and some community colleges that do not. If this is the case, I would check with your public library if they have these online databases.
And lastly (or perhaps first even) I would check with your professor/instructor and ask where he/she recommends.

I had some links saved but that old computer I think has seen its last day. We use EBSCOHost which searches the above mentioned sites and then some more. I always do a search for full articles only. Our library has access and we also can somehow access it at home, but I am not so sure how. I think I have the directions printed somewhere and if I can find them tomorrow, I will check for you.
I found one link I had saved on this PC-
I did a search for you- http://pubs.ama-assn.org/cgi/search?fulltext=hypertrophic+pyloric+stenosis&submit.x=2&submit.y=2
and here is the main page to search JAMA and related journals.
http://pubs.ama-assn.org/
I remember that I found some articles by looking up websites for specific journals and many times they have free articles on their own site.
Hope this helps some.

If you need a nursing article that is a little harder.
Medscape is a nice free resource. You can find it here:
This is the only nursing article that turned up with your keywords:
http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/472403
There were plenty of medical articles (note that the Emedicine articles are not "journals" at many schools. But the ACS guidelines are there for example.
Pub med is indexed here also which helps.
This is also a nice site but you sometimes need a subscription to access full text sources:

There don't seem to be any nursing articles directly on HPS. Some of the older peds nursing journals should have something.
You may need to revisit your subject.

You might check the American Journal of Nursing website also for archived articles. They have a wide variety on a lot of different topics. Their articles are free of charge through PubMed-www.ncbi.nim.nih.gov/PubMed. Another source might be the Mayo Clinic at www.mayoclinic.org. There you can find links to other sources for the information you seek. AJN articles are also indexed in: Index Medicus, Chemical Abstracts, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Current Contents, Hospital Literature Index, Nursing Abstracts, International Pharmaceutical Abstracts, Nutritional Abstracts and Reviews, Public Information Service, Psychological Abstracts, Social Sciences Index (as noted in the AJN-December 2007).
You can also try http://www.rnweb.com.

Thanks for all your help guys! I didn't realize it'd be so hard to find a "nursing" journal article on the web. I'm going to ask my instructor of some idea's too and check my school library. Thanks again!!

I did a google to include my favorite journal Nursing.
nursing 2007 hypertrophic pyloric stenosis
It came up with 2100 articles. Not all or even most are Nursing, but it's a start.
