Need help, reapply NCLEX cali-BON.

I took NCLEX last year on oct, unfortunately I didn't pass. So I reapply on the 1st week of dec '06. When I reapply I changed my address, will this become a problem. Should I inform cali-BON about the address change? Please give me info so I know what to do next. Thanks for helping...

HELP ME...i took my NCLEX exam last april 21,2009... i havent received my result until now. I informed the CALI-BON that I changed my address through sending a mail of change of address form. please help..what should i do???

I would suggest contacting them and confirm address and then ask them to resend your results

Hi .I already sent a 75 $ to BON for the reapply for nclex rn. My previous ATT says my test validity is from 3/23/2009 to 3/23/2010.So can I use it before 3/23/2010 and my second question is should I pay 200 $ so that I will have my ATT?

Every time you take the NCLEX you have to pay the applicable fees. If you have any questions about this you should call the Board and Pearson-Vue.

ATT is only usable once so you will need a new one if you have to resit the exam after paying applicable fees

In the REQUEST FOR REAPPLY/REPEAT EXAMINATION form, there's the NURSING PROGRAM VERIFICATION section. I'm not sure what it is about. (I'm a foreign trained nurse, in Ukraine now).

This form is to be completed by the nursing program Dean or Director or their designee if accommodation(s) to testing procedures were granted to this candidate during their nursing program. Original submission of this form is optional. However, if this form is not used, all of the information requested must be provided on original letterhead stationery of the nursing program

Is this section about my local exam? Also I'm not sure why they ask about accommodation(s).

You should get a resit form among the documentation you received informing you you didn't pass. Accommodations is if you need any special requirements when sitting the exam

Could you please confirm that I need to send only the first page of the REQUEST FOR REAPPLY/REPEAT EXAMINATION application? I'm not with disabilities, need no any special accommodation and so on.

hi there, i took my exam last nov.23 and i failed. Can i now register for my next exam even if 45 days hasnt been passed? can i also register to pearsonvue at the same time?pls. can anone give me some answers. Thanks

yep, u can reapply as soon as possible in the board of nursing in your state. they would be the one to set how many days ur eligible again to take the exam.. wait first for the reply from the state board of nursing before u schedule ur exam on personvue :D Good luck

if the other pages are not applicable to you, then u only need the first page and your payment

i need help pls,, my1st exam last oct2009 and now im applying my reapplication to try my luck again but the problem is i cant send bank draft again because some bank change their policy already,can i send money transfer thru western union here in philippines and do i really need SSN# already even im reapplication only,,,tnx :confused:
