What specific subject in A&P are you studying at the moment that you are having trouble with?

They have coloring books for a&p is what I have heard I think they would help cause you would have certain places color coded and that might help you remember! Some people a&p is a breeze and others it is just a struggle the hole time.

When I did A&P I would tape the lectures and listen to them at night while I was lying in bed. I had heard it said that what you read or hear before going to bed stays with you. I read the lectures into my tape recorder and emphasized the information I was having a difficult time remembering. It really worked for me. I passed both A&P I and II with A's.

I used and still do...a&p for dummies. It really did help me as a supplemental study aid.

I also taped all the lectures, I would listen and rewrote my notes. If your school offers tutoring, take advantage. A&P is not an easy class, but if you put the effort, you too will have success. I used to study everyday, try to understand the concept, go to the lab and study the lecture so you can make the connections. I used to spend hours in the lab. Good luck to you. You can do it.
