i need an advice... please.

its been 4 days since i took my 1st nclex rn exam... i reached d maximum numbers of questions and i have no idea about how it went. i think, i did well on the first 75-100 questions but the computer didin't jst stop till i reached 265 questions! it was a long day for me. ryt now, im still waiting for the result and i can't stop checking my name on line but it doesn't appear there... so i thought i didn't make it. now, i will just gonna wait for the confirmation letter... but waiting without the assurance of passing is like crazy. i still hope i passed it. pls help. thanks a lot!

what school did u go 2? Hopefully something just went wrong and we wiil get results soon.

So were all waiting for out results........today is my 10th day and no results. so I am waiting for that bad news letter. Hey, I was wondering if you guys noticed this on the CA BON site. I did post another thread regarding this issue but I'll bring it up again.........I've been checking my name and nothing usually shows up so I would type in my friend's names who passed and it doesn't show up either. It's been like that since I took my test on March 3rd. Well yesterday, I typed in friend's names and it showed up... so maybe CA BON has a glitch or they are wayyyy behind. Makes me wonder if anyone else noticed this especially those waiting for March results. Good luck to all!

Moved to the NCLEX forum

BRN does take their time in results and they will also allow you to sit NCLEX if your file isn't complete. Website currently indicates that it will take 2-4 weeks to get results. Just because your friend has their results doesn't mean that you have failed. Hang in there and good luck

I heard there is always some testers they choose to take the whole test and this is the way they check out how good their questions are. At my job I heard of lots of RN's getting all maximum questions. So dont worry, Okay. Like others said it doesnt matter how many questions you get. GOOD LUCK!!!

What do you mean by file is not complete? My forms are all in. CA BON even gave me a letter stating they received all my documents. I am a US citizen and I don't have multiple names and I have no criminal background. I know you're all making us feel better but I don't understand what else can make us wait so long.. therefore it's a failure. I'm trying to stay positive...at this point its hard to. Thanks anyway.

OK. I think she means mistakes happen. Although all of your papers are in, some things can go wrong. One of my classmates had to redo her fingerprints over again, and she was waiting for the results for over 5 weeks, thought she didn't pass, but she did. Things get lost, so you never know.

Things do happen. We have had members say their school sent their transcripts and when they actually asked why they hadn't received results it was found that their transcripts was missing and had to be resent. Also seen members have problems with fingerprints.

I think is cruel that the Pearson's test center makes you wait so long before giving you the truth. We pay $200 we are the customers and it doesn't take that long to figure out, it's a computer for Buddha's sake. They should tell you pass or fail...than send it to the BRN...

The wait is horrible but I am so depressed now. I feel so sad. :crying2: I have no job, no money, I am about to lose my little home and my great bf. I don't know what to do with another failure. I hope someone up there answers my prayers. Thanks for the words of encouragement though.

Got my results. I have failed. Feel bad, but have a plan. I will pass next time. I will study harder. I will retake Kaplan. I will pass this test.

I am sorry to hear that. When are you planning to retest? Maybe we can be a study buddy from a distance. lol. I'm expecting my letter this week. :( I figured if I did pass, my name would be posted by now and it's not. I am planning to retest again before summer.

Until you know for definite do not assume anything.
