u r welcome daliafairy26! :wink2: i felt the same way before that's why when i read ur post, i replied eagerly. i did also ask every1 here the same thing but unfortunately, no 1 replied on that thread of mine, but i got alot of support from my other posts then. well, after i got the letter that i passed (w/c is a regular size, white envelope), i already saw my name posted on the BON site about 9 days after. if you passed, you will receive your cetificate as a RN and the license card within 7 days after ur name is posted on the site. i wish u luck and keep allnurses.com posted! More power! i know u did well!

yes, i did! i've been waiting for my name to appear online for about 11 days with my name invisible on the site untill.... i got the letter on the 12th day that i PASSED! i'm about to loose hope that moment of waiting. i never expected it 'coz of the delay. but i DID it! i took mine last march 4 with 265 Qs the first time! i have a green card too and an immigrant. I'm fr. an Asian country. The delay was about my SS# although upon registration, i completed the necessary information that i sent them. GOODLUCK to you... i hope you'll got FRUITFUL result! :wink2:

hi erinboud! i also had 265 Qs! i tried to recall the last question i answered.... but i can't remember. haha! I passed it with flying colors! What I know (acc. to a reliable source) about pass or fail decisions is the ff: If the test taker is administered the maximum number of questions (265 Qs), the computer will make pass or fail decision by recomputing the test taker's final ability level, based on every question answered, and comparing it with passing standard. If the ability level is above the passing standard, the test taker passes. Goodluck to you! I hope you got fruitful results! :roll

Would taking the NCLEX exam on a friday delay the results due to sat and sun being non-business days? I am so anxious, nervous and depressed all at the same time. I took the KAPLAN review and felt okay with it, but now after so many days of waiting i feel very hopeless... hello rumba01! i believe that mondays-fridays are the boards working days except for sat and sunday!... waiting is really very hard and i know that kind of feeling. just wait for the snail mail if you don't see your name on the BON site which will take about 2 weeks (i got mine after 12 days). GOODLUCK and i hope you passed! =)

hello! i got mine (snail mail) after 12 days. i thought i never passed coz my name was not appearing on the BON site. until, I received my letter and i passed! =) but i still have to reply back with my SS# given at the blank provided in the letter in order to receive my official license. =) Goodluck!

Congratulations! I too got 265 Qs and passed the 1st time! Be proud! Reaching the maximum # of questions is no joke! But we did and passed! =) Yipee!!!

Hello guys! I just found out today that I passed!!!! YAHOO! I received a white envelope saying, you have PASSED the NCLEX RN exam!!! No, my name is not yet at the BON site, but the letter indicates that they need my SSN to complete in order to issue a permanent license, although my registration before the exam was complete. Maybe they are just making sure. haha! Thank you for the encouragement and yeah, waiting really is crazy but it all worth it! Thank God!!! =)
