I've almost completed Kaplan 1,000 Qbank and half done with Saunders cd!
I think I'm ready to add NCSBN learning ext.
How many of you gained success with Leaning ext review?
I agree that books contradict themselves. The problem I had was that so much time went from prep for Hesi and then getting an ATT date - then planning too much time to prepare before an August test date. I just want to get it overwith at this point becuase the information is bouncing off of me. I actually thought I was at my peak performance mentally for Hesi and anything after that is just droaning on.
I'm only doing Lippincott comprehensive exams this week and recalling facts. Two people in my 20-person class passed. One had 95 questions and the other 75. We passed Hesi around same time and are similar students so I feel pressure that I'll fail. The one girl only studied the day before...like what the heck? Unless she's sure she recalled all she did for Hesi because we all studied hard for that.
With this much time between, you simply run out of questions. I wish I'd known about this website before 45 day mark to do the secret Saunders plan that is not accessible to me now.
I've started on NCSBN review today but after completing the Diagnostic Pretest, it only gives me the results for incorrect questions? How can I know which ones I got right? How did you guys study on learning ext? HELP:confused:
Did you guys just review the diagnostic test again to see which answer u might have picked to the correct question?

I think on the diagnostic PRETEST it doesn't give you the answers. When your done finishing it, it only tells you what percentage that you scored on the Pretest. However at the very bottom where it says Diagnostic test's, Q&A and alternate item formats, it gives you the rationale everytime you answer a question. What I kinda didn't like about it though is that it only tells you the correct answer..it doesn't tell you why you got it wrong. It's kinda vague to me since I did this course awhile back.. Hope this helps though.

I tried their 3 week program. I'd say it's pretty worth it. I mean 49 bucks for unlimited access for 3 weeks? That's alot better than what Kaplan offers. The questions to me were like NCLEX. In comparison to what i've come across I'd say it's better than the Saunder's questions..Probably on par with Kaplan's Questions. After all NCSBN is responsible for creating the Nclex Test itself.
