Welcome
Moving thread to NCLEX Discussion Forum which has great advice to assist you.
Look at the info sent with NCLEX results to see areas you need to focus on.

Well, I don't know what the BONUS website is, but if your BoN has a message that your license is pending....your license is pending. What does it mean? Just that. When they receive notification from Pearson Vue on your test status (pass or fail) they will notify you as to whether they have issued you a license or denied one.
Sorry meant to say BON website. Did any body pass with 89 question?

People have passed and failed with 85 questions and 205 questions and any number in between. Average number of questions for a first time passer is statistically around 125.
The number of questions completed is only indicative of the point that the computer determined that you meet or do not meet the minimum standards of an entry level nurse with a statistical significance. Nothing more. Nothing less
FWIW, asking if anyone has ever passed with XX number of questions is kinda like asking if it's possible that anyone has ever driven home from work and gotten into an accident. Yes, it happens. And there's others who don't get into accidents.
The point is of COURSE people pass at whatever number of questions it stops on, just like people have failed with whatever number of questions it stopped on. Means nothing.
Hi just find out that I failed for the forth time, I studied hard, Ati, nclex, exam cram, kaplan, I don't know how to start again ,I know have to change my study strategy, study materials, advice really helpful need help please. ....
Maybe you are doing too many different study methods?
I didn't read all at once, it is different time. This time I read only exam cram, any advice, study guide will be helpful. Thank you so much
Wait for your CPR. Compare with previous attempts. Are you always below/near the passing level in the same area? If so focus on content for those areas. Hurst is more well known for content.
If you were near/below the passing level in different areas then you likely need to work on test taking strategies. Kaplan is more well known for test taking strategies.
A study guide that worked for someone who needed to improve in patient assessment and safety will be useless for someone who needs to focus on pharmacology.
The 3rd time I took the test it was upper passing except infection control. Do you recommend ncsbn? Thankyou
I recommend getting your 3 CPR and comparing to create a targeted study plan before spending any more money. Consult with your nursing school as they have an interest in you passing.
