well, i got my att yesterday, on the same day the certificate of completion was sent to minnesota. unbelievable how efficient their bon is!
so i look on pearson's site, and i find either i can test in a couple of weeks, or i can test tommorrow, where someone apparently cancelled. so i figure what the heck, it's time to put up or shut up.
i'm gonna go do this in 75 questions, then i'm going to eat a big lobster and steak dinner :). and i am not going to stress. and if i do stress, i am going to eat a giant hershey bar.
now, that's a plan :).

Sounds like a plan to me! Good luck! :)
I just took my NCLEX yesterday and was stressing all the way home (stopped and had a milkshake to ease my nerves! Ha! Would have liked a stiff drink but it was a 100 mile drive home from the testing center). On the way home, discovered that my husband's uncle had passed away. Kind of put things in perspective for me!

Good luck! Hope all went well!
1 hr, 10 mins, 75 questions. just a romp in the park.
i did get about 6 "check all that apply" type questions, which surprised me. only one calculation, and it was baby simple. many drug questions i had to just guess on, since i'd never heard of the drugs. lots of priority questions.
i do see how you could take it and have doubts, because you have to do a lot of educated guessing. i'm glad i didn't really break my neck studying for this test, because it would take a lot of that to make much of a difference.

So how much did you study for your other exam? The cpne I think? I am taking the NCLEX the end of next month but could just take it this weekend if I were brave enough...I just want to make sure I am studying enough...
i practiced for several days for the cpne. it's excelsior's clinical practice nursing exam, and there's simply no room for error. the second mistake in an area, and you're on your way home, less the 2 thousand you paid for the exam, and then you can plan on waiting another 5 months or so before you can sit again. it's not just a test, it's an adventure.
the nclex is a joke by comparison :).
