NCLEX Takers Support Thread

If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!

just wanted to say thank you to any and everyone who prayed for me in regards to me passing my test, it worked, i'm officially a rn, i cant thank you all enough, and i cant thank god enough for letting me pass, i know it was him with me throughout the entire test, this was my second time taking the nclex and i was beginning to feel discouraged but everything worked in my favor, i'm blessed to have found this site. good luck to everyone taking the test this week, month, and in the near future. my tips for studying.....answer as many questions as you can everyday and get your brain used to picking out whats abnormal or doesnt make sense, and i know its easier said than done, but you have to stay relaxed throughout the test and take it question by question, stay positive and pray, pray, pray. good luck:heartbeat

hi johnnyspawn, same here i felt like that too but we have to be positive in our actions and when you go back to your books think positive all the time. i was reading all the msg. here and they always say use the saunders the new one and if you dont have it buy it @ ebay its alot cheaper.

Congratulations to your passing the NCLEX, I am believing God that i will be saying that same thing soon. I took the test 3 days ago.:)

Im taking mine on the 14th of october. I studied on and off and i just wished it retained in my head. I wonder if the test question and format will be the same. i heard it got harder but still its not excuse if u really studied. Hope we all pass this test and help each other.

hey libragirl what book did you study? can u share it pls. im taking my test this coming november congratulations:yeah:

I studied about 4 different books. My favorite was the KAPLAN-PN This book had a unique way of explaining just how to take the test. It also had several "Priority" practice questions. Just remember where you stand in your scope of practice when taking the test. I put together with the help from one of my books a study guide, that I used on the last day before I tested. It really helped. Good luck to you, and to all!! I hope this helps.
