I also would like to share this prayer which I prayed before I took the NCLEX-RN exam:)

A Student's Prayer to St. Anthony

O glorious St. Anthony, divinely endowed with the learning of Saints, I desire to place my studies under your protection. Guided by your example, I wish to draw all my knowledge from the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. With your assistance, I will study, to do my duty in a spirit of penance and with a pure intention. May the "Father of Light" grant me through your intercession, a bright intellect, a sound judgment and a retentive memory. Help me to study patiently, orderly and constantly to develop in me the gifts of God and always to make good use of them according to His Divine Will. O Dear St. Anthony, grant me to succeed in all my studies and examinations, if it be for the greater glory of God and the benefit of my Soul. Amen.

just a little prayer I want to share with you guys. It helped me n just might help you if you believe in the power of prayer. You can say it as a novena for nine consecutive days. You don't have to be Catholic to say this prayer!!!
O St. Joseph of Cupertino who by your prayer obtained from God to be asked at your examination, the only preposition you knew. Grant that I may like you succeed in the (here mention the name of Examination) examination.
In return I promise to make you known and cause you to be invoked.
O St. Joseph of Cupertino pray for me
O Holy Ghost enlighten me
Our Lady of Good Studies pray for me
Sacred Head of Jesus, Seat of divine wisdom, enlighten me.

Because we have a thread dedicated to support and prayers will merge this with that one

:redbeathe I love that this thread is still going strong. I've been a nurse now for two years. I'm still working in the position I took when I graduated, med-surg and pediatrics. And praise be to God, I still love it!!! Here is a prayer for those of you who are testing soon, or wating for reslults:

Dear Good and Gracious Father,

We love you and praise you. We give you all the glory and honor, for making it this far through school, and this far in our careers. Thank you for growing this thread from a humble little post, to a support system for so many. I pray for your mercy to fall upon each one who reads this prayer while waiting for exam results, or for those preparing to test. Open the minds of those who will be testing soon. As they study guide them to the exact material they will need to review in order to pass. Father help them to retain what they need to retain, and give each one instant recall as they answer questions. Clear their minds of clutter and distraction and reveal that which is hidden from them. Father I pray for those who are waiting test results. Give peace to every individual waiting on test results as they read this. Lord, what ever the outcome for each of those waiting, help them to know that you are in control, and that the are very real and personal to you, and that they are precious. Thank you Father for placing the desire to become nurses in the hearts of those who are reading this. I lift them up in your Holy Name, Amen.

Praise God! This is an amazing prayer! Thank you, I will be retaking boards soon and it is so encouraging to know others truly care. God Bless

thx for the prayer appreciate it a lot i reschedule my exam i am now taking it on october 18 i think im much prepared now and my dad is also helping me study....

I am requesting prayer as well!! I take the nclex-pn next month, however I have two classmates taking their test this week!!! I ask the Lord to give us the strength, and knowledge needed to get thru this last hurdle!!! I know that his will, shall be done, and it is already written!!!! I too, will pray for everyone on this beautiful thread...pllleeeaassee send the prayers to Lancaster, TX!!!

keep your faith in Him and increase your faith too!..i took my exam last thursday..and i really felt His presence..He guided me all the way through!.wen i finished my exam, i really felt that i failed..but wen i got home,few hours from my exam, i tried the PVT trick and i was surprised it gave me a good pop up!.God is really the most powerful!!.Just believe in yourself, do ur best then God will do the rest!.best of luck to those who will be taking their exams!.pray,study,pray,study!.walk with ur guardian angel always!!!.:)
