Hlfpnt,
I've been checking back often. I wanted to be able to give support to those that I had conversed wtih in my time of need.
Remember go in and relax!!!! Stay calm. If you feel yourself start to lose control stop and count to 10. Read the questions slowly.
I will be sending some positive vibes. Take care!
I have spent many hours reading in this forum. I just wanted to thank everyone for all their input. The good has been encouraging & the not so good has kept me humble. I get to have my own experience this coming Friday. :smiley_abI haven't really kept count, but I figure I've done somewhere between 2500-3000 questions in the last 5 weeks. I did well in school & I've been using Suzanne's study plan for content/practice & the Kaplan question trainer (I didn't do the review, a friend shared this with me) to evaluate myself. So far, depending on my state of "tired", I'm averaging 80-100% on Saunders & high 50's to low 60's on the trainer. I'm pretty comfortable with these scores. Due to work, I only have 3 actual study days left & I plan to do nothing but relax the day before. I'm nervous, there's alot riding on this, but I feel I'm as ready as I'm gonna be. I'm finding that keeping the stress level to a minimum is the hardest part of NCLEX prep!
To everyone who is about to sit for boards, whether it be RN or PN, my prayers are definately with you!
Best wishes!!!!!!!!!
