Hi Everyone!
Just need some extra love, support, and prayers. I am taking my NCLEX-RN today in Minnesota. Of course it has to be -8 degrees outside today, so I am also praying my car will start! I was feeling so anxious this whole week and now I sort of have this calmness fall upon me. I am feeling as if I am as ready as I'll ever be and need to take it one question at a time. I need to leave my hotel room in 30 minutes and each minute feels as if it takes an hour! I am just so ready to get in there and start my test. Please pray for me and I am hoping to come back feeling at least a little confident in my test.
Thank you so much!
WE CAN DO IT!
Hi shaeleann, I am just taking the NCLEX in the next few weeks. Would you please tell me how you studied and help with any study tips. I am so nervous about this! Please and sorry to bother you.
Bella, check out some of the responses in this thread, including my own. I passed in 75 questions as well, 2.5 years ago and wrote about my study strategies there.
Congrats OP! I also walked out after 75 questions feeling really good about it, though the state of NC made me wait several nerve-wracking weeks to find out, haha!
Hey! So did you feel like the test was a lot easier than you thought? Im going crazy over here. I too ended with 75 questions, around 25 SATA and 1 exhibit question. No med calculations, drag and drop or anything! I did the PVT and got the good pop up, but I feel like I should of gotten extremely hard questions. I'm hoping I was just super prepared and not getting low level questions! EEEEEEEK.
Hi!I took the test today! I got there about an hour early and they let me in early to take it. It shut off at 75 questions. It took me about an hour and 15 minutes. I had 21 SATA questions and multiple choice. Contrary to what I was expecting, I left the testing center feeling pretty good with my answers. I didn't have any questions with content that I had absolutely no idea on. I was able to critically think and make great educated guesses on each question. I did the PVT and have gotten the "GOOD POP UP". I am hoping that my board of nursing will solidify my assumptions and tell me I passed!
