Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

anyone who has tried and uses this new program? i need feedback prior to purchasing.. thanks.

Specializes in Primary Care.
I went to the website and I put that code and the price was the same it did not change, even I put my personal information and they did charge for shipping at the end the total was like $88. Was it that what you paid? if not the coupon is not working.

Thanks!

No, I only paid $45. Try a google search for another coupon code. They are always updating. If one doesn't work, another Will. Sorry that code didn't work. Either way, the program is well worth it, in my opinion. We will see how well I do on the NCLEX in September.

I can't get the promo code to work, I tried using both IE and chrome browsers.

Go to retailmenot website and search for lww coupons. They have a dozen of promo codes and try each whichever will work. Goodluck.

I received the program this week and have already answered nearly 600 questions with a classmate of mine. We both have found significant value in these questions and rationales.

I am actually planning on selling my username/password after I take the NCLEX next week, because I feel the price of this program is too high. I think $40 price range would be a more fair asking price. I say that because as nursing students, we are given so many books that contain review material and I dont think using this one program for a full 12 months is necessary.

Regarding the thought of selling my "Account" I think it is fine because I have only used this program for 1 week and I have not obtained the highest mastery level; even if I had, I think the quiz questions are so diverse that anyone who is studying for NCLEX would benefit.

I was an excellent nursing student, Top 10% of my class but my weakness has always been the comprehension of NCLEX-style questions and the wording. This program is such a great tool to utilize, both for test-taking strategies and for knowledge of conent. I highly recommend it; even while you are still in Blocks 3 and 4 of school; especially if you are struggling with test-taking.

This is a great program, but I think the cost is too high, even with the 25% off coupon. Just my opinion. Good Luck to everyone!

I recommend calling LWW. I paid full price for the product and then found out afterwards about a 20% coupon. So, I called Customer Service and they gave me the discount, after-the-fact! Good Luck

Here you go 20% off

promo code wc16lbzz

put in promo code box, then press buy now, it will reduce 20%

good luck

Even with the promo code above, I can only get it down to $70. Why are they charging me $11 to ship me an access code? Does anybody have a code that gives free shipping? Any other good/bad reviews out there. I have 8 months before NCLEX so I thing it would be worth it if this is better than the book(which I have). Thanks and God Bless.

i'm still thinking to get this program :( so how r u guys doin' so far?

I can say it's a very helpful tool, if you happen to try Nclex4000 they're quite similar with regards on how the questions were made but it is more updated. You'll also see a handful of evidence-based questions. The rationales are very straightforward and well-explained. The questions will be based on your mastery level from 1 to 8 and a graph of your performance on each practice test. I'm happy with it so far. :)

thank you sdbsn

you're welcome.. goodluck!!

I've read the NLCEX 10000 comments with interest. I called LWW because I was thinking of buying this software. They told me that it would do me little good without my professors using Prep U. The sales rep at LWW says it is more suited for faculty than individual students. And yet some of you posting here say it has worked good for you. Please clarify! Does it work at all for individual students to text off of?
