hi thanks for that...i change my test date i willbe taking on march 18..did u do that the day before ur test? i hope i make it this time...please keep me in ur prayers.........

Nope just a quote that I would like to share..:)

For those who are becoming so anxious while their exam day is coming, you have to calm yourselves. If you feel like you haven't studied well yet, go and browse your notes while you still have time. :) Maybe that will reduce your anxiety.

Fear of the unknown? It's just normal, because you will never know what will be presented during your exam. But believe me, once you are infront of that PC in your exam day, you'll be fine. The topics that will come out I'm sure is familiar with you. So my advice, go ahead and keep on reading your notes. Practice your questions, treat them like it's the real one.

And of course like I said, don't forget to pray. Ask God that may all the questions that you will encounter, you know the right answer and/or at least you can correctly eliminate 2 wrong answer choices. :up:

Again, just keep on doing those practice questions. If you need a time out, go ahead and take it but be sure not to waste too much time. :)

Tip of the day:

Don't forget your conversions ( eg: mcg --> mg or mcg -> g) :lol2:

Relax! You guys will be fine. I have included you too on my prayer. Keep us posted on how was your exam. ;)

okay..just took my test..160-something questions, i felt like i was bombing every question, and i was pretty sure i was failing because my questions progressively dealt with med/surg and procedural stuff, not higher level thinking..so on my way home i was thinking about how i'm going to be fired and be embarrassed and disappoint my family..

well when i got home i did the pearson-vue trick and i got the "good" pop-up! i'm trying not to get my hopes up, that test kicked my butt, i feel strongly that i failed. do yall know if it takes a few hours for the trick to work properly?

thanks, and best of luck to fellow march testers!!! i got a lot of prioritization/delegation, hypo/hyperthyroidism, and ulcerative collitis questions randomly enough

The test was waayy harder than I had anticipated. Especially the priority questions..the community health nurse has 4 messages on her answering machine who should she call back first..and all 4 seem so critical, and they throw in children and pregnant women to mess with your mind even more lol.

Good luck DreamGoalRn and all others..don't get discouraged if you go past 75 or 100 or whatever, or if you feel like you are bombing the test..just take a deep breath and tell yourself that you are doing good, still in the running, they just need a few more questions to confirm their confidence in you. :up:
