NCLEx-RN study buddy testing MARCH 2010

Published

Hi I am just wondering if someone likes to be my study buddy.I am from California,I will be taking by march and it will be my 3rd time. It's so hard for me to sit and study again I need motivation.

:crying2:im worried, m scheduled at the end of march but my scores seems not ok.. Average of 65% in kaplan, 63% in Nclex 3000 and 78% in Saunders...

Hello pau, from the numbers you showed, your doing good. :yeah:

Don't focus too much on the number, what's important is your reading and understanding the rationale of each question you answer. :)

So just keep on doing those questions, finish it all and if possible, redo them again. :)

Iam also taking the exam in March second time around...and hoping there is no third time, I have read made note cards memorized meds you name it what else is there to do??? any suggestions...

Well good for you. When i was reviewing, I didn't focus too much on meds..:) :D

My best tip for my fellow NCLEX-RN March takers, start reviewing those heart and lung sounds. This is in regard to the changes that the NSCBN will add to the NCLEX-RN exam this coming April 2010. I have heard from my friend and other pips that they encountered this type of question, hearing for breath sounds and/or heart sounds. So I guess they started to implement it this month in preparation for next month. Check on the first few pages of this thread, i believe some1 posted a good link for review on breath and heart sound. :)

Then again, as for me, my time has come now. Tomorrow will be my exam at 8 AM. Wish me luck again fellows.

I'll keep in touch later after my exam. :redpinkhe: :crying2:

ciao! :paw:

thank you all for your well-wishes. :)

I really hope I passed this time.

Yes, it is confirmed. When I went inside the test center, headphones are now included in the test areas. So just go ahead and read what i posted before. :)

Keep on answering questions and read those rationales. IT IS BEST IF YOU REDO/ RE-ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONNAIRES. The more you keep on encountering those topics, the better it will retain in your head.

I tried the PVT awhile ago and it said can't register.
