NCLEX-RN shut off at 75, had 30 SATA!?!

I took the NCLEX-RN this morning. It shut off at 75. I had 30 SATA and 2 med calc questions. I feel pretty good about it b/c all the questions were "high level" questions, but man! Some of those questions were crazy! Anyhoo, I have to wait 48 hrs to get my results :eek: I'm just glad I got it over with!!! :chuckle

Anyone else take it recently who had so many SATA??

I took it recently and had 30 SATAs, about 2-3 med calcs, and a bunch of priority and contact iso questions. I passed.

I had about 20 plus SATA, one drug calc, some infection control, and a bunch of prioritzation/delegation questions. Mine shut off at 75 questions and I passed too. You should be fine. :yeah::yeah::yeah:

Thanks guys, you're easing my mind!!! I'm going to go out and celebrate tonight - b/c even if I don't pass I still want to celebrate taking the darn thing!! But now I'm feeling good! I had tons of prioritization questions, delegation, infection control, teaching, etc too.

What a crazy test. It's like nothing can completely prepare you for it! :chuckle

I just took mine this afternoon. It shut off at 75 & I had about 30+ SATAs and only 1 math. I didn't feel like they were hard level questions, but I never knew the best answer. I feel the same way. Almost every time I clicked I felt like the last answer was wrong.

I only know one girl (from my NCLEX review class) who had previously failed with 75 questions, but she spoke English as a 2nd language and had a hard time with test taking.

I took my boards yesterday june 16and it shut off at 75. had about 20 SATA, lots of prioritizing, and infection control. I thought for sure I failed, But just looked up my results on line and I passed!!!!!:yeah:
