I took the NCLEX-RN this morning. It shut off at 75. I had 30 SATA and 2 med calc questions. I feel pretty good about it b/c all the questions were "high level" questions, but man! Some of those questions were crazy! Anyhoo, I have to wait 48 hrs to get my results I'm just glad I got it over with!!! :chuckle
Anyone else take it recently who had so many SATA??
ca_lpn,
As i mentioned in my last post, the only definite way to know your results is to wait for the info to be mailed to you or posted on your BON website. I know it's disconcerting given our knowledge of the PVT, but stay hopeful. And if you don't pass, DON'T GIVE UP!! You might want to but don't, get back to studying so you can be ready to take it again. You didn't go all the way through nursing school hell to not finish. Stay in the race! I'll be praying for you :)
Congratulation R.NICU:yeah:, are you in CA and taking RN or LVN? how did you check it?, I heard that even you passed and you have to send the money to them before they post your name in their site? thanks.
THANK YOU! I'm in Arizona and I took the LPN (i finish RN school 6 months). I had already paid all of my fees prior to taking the exam. The results were available on the AZ BON website the day after the exam. The staff at pearsonvue told us to check the website the following morning to see if we passed.

the PVT is when you try to re-register for the exam with pearson vue.... log into your account and click on register and try to go through the process. If it allows you to pay for the exam again, that means you failed the test. If it states "you are already scheduled for this exam. Please contact your board member for more help" ((might be worded a little different, i don't remember it word for word)) then you passed. It makes sense, if you fail the test and want to re test, you will have to pay again. If you pass, it's not necessary. Everyone on this board who has tried this trick has reported the aforementioned. However, the only 100% certain way is to check the BON website or wait for your results to be mailed to you
