that did not help me but thank you

In what way did it not help you? Regardless on initial or endorsing license when trained outside the US you usually still have to meet the same requirements so better to just apply to the state you plan on living and working in

So you are trying to find a state that will allow you to test in a different language? If so, I don't think that is possible. I think the NCLEX is only tested in English here.

Also, if you have not tried UWORLD. I recommend that you purchase UWORLD and practice questions everyday. It's pretty pricey though.

i am looking at Any board with i can apply for nclex with out English exam like ILTES and TOEFL and if they will accept me for after such a long time to take

I believe the NCLEX can only be taken in English.. You also have to submit transcripts from the institution you were at. Honestly, you should call and ask for help. Have you tried that?

I think a bigger block for you may be the long period of time without testing for the NCLEX in the US. For the foreign eligible RNs, many require the TOEFL to ensure you are proficient enough in English to pass the NCLEX and work in the US.

You would need to check on the BON in each state to check on which one does not require TOEFL or another similar assessment of English proficiency. It is possible you may need to do a refresher course as well.

Are you worried about being able to pass TOEFL? That is going to be a barrier to passing the NCLEX as well, so maybe start there?

You are probably not going to be able to avoid taking the TOEFL, or any other English proficiency exam, due to your licensing in another country. Heck, even when you apply to Grad school they make anybody who has a degree from another country take the TOEFL. They need to make sure you are proficient in English. Just saying you are proficient, does not count for schools or nursing degrees.

My question is very similar, however I tested 3x in Colorado (failed). Exam in English. I live in Michigan they have the rule 2yrs no pass... alternative course. I do not what to take that, due to cost & time. One lat important thing, I attended nursing school in Puerto Rico ( English). What state will allow me to test without all the extra course requirement. Is PR considered (Foreign instruction). Help me I'm struck in making a move to apply to a state.
