NCLEX-RN exam

Nursing Students NCLEX

Does anyone have a suggestion on which nclex-rn review/practice tests I should use? I have taken the nclex-rn exam twice without success. I attended the Kaplan review course but time lapsed before I took the exam the second time. Your suggestions are appreciated.

Kaplan is 100% guaranteed to pass. So if you didn't pass, you should call Kaplan to either get a refund of your money or ask that they schedule you for another round of classes and 3 more months of their online resources. I did the second option and passed the second time with the help of Kaplan's QBANK.

Thanks ev40901.

Honestly, Since I was not part of your nursing program so I don't know what type of information they gave you. But I found that just studying my handouts and slides from class worked better than any outside course I took.

Just to let you know I took a review course that was part of my program (called the Rutgers review) and found it useless. So I just studied my class work and passed the NCLEX exam first time, in 75 questions, in 2 hours. So my program did teach me right.

Most people just use a review book and study on their own. Saunders Comprehensive Review is the most popular review book. Also look at the prioritization book by Linda LaCharity.

I had Hurst online review, Kaplan Q Bank, and NCSBN.

I took NCLEX yesterday and am still waiting for my results, but I have the good pop up!

But everyone in my class who has gone has said that the questions from NCSBN are most like the test and they all passed in 75. I agree. Plus, the question bank is only like 50 bucks.

:)

Good luck!
