NI took my NCLEX yesterday at 2pm and I am waiting on my NCLEX results. The computer shut down after 85 questions and the last 4-5 questions were prioritization questions. I'm so nervous, I don't know if I passed or failed. I looked up some of the questions I remembered and I got most of them wrong. But I don't think I did so bad that I failed... I don't know anymore. Some people said they have an active license 6 hours to 24 hours after their test. I'm nearing my 24 hour mark. I called my BON and they said they have not received results. Should I do the PVT or wait for quick results? Does it still work or did Pearson Vue put a stop on that trick????
if I do try to do the Pearson Vue trick and it let me register and charged my cc, does that mean I failed?? I hear that some people got charged yet passed their NCLEX..

ok, whatever, we passed. our experience is that it worked for some of us and not for others. I think we are saying the same thing though. For some it works, for other it doesn't (if they need both scores to make the determination). Isn't that what you said in really, really, long form?
Try the PVT 24 hours after taking the NCLEX. Use a card that will get declined. If you passed, it will not let you register for the exam. If you didn't, it will say your card was declined.
I took nclex is june 2014 and the pearson trick worked for my whole nursing class. BUT pearson changed the trick so now you have to enter your credit card number-- thats what a few of my classmates who just retook it told me at least. Hope it helps! Goodluck

NO. What I SAID was, that it works for ALL of you. Not "some and not others". ALL, if you just do the stupid thing correctly, but you don't seem to be understanding me. It's not "whatever, we're saying the same thing"....we are not. I have explained WHY some of you THOUGHT it didn't work, but....oh well, 'whatever'. I tried.
Glad you passed, but maybe you shouldn't advise people about what you don't know...like how the PVT works.
