Nclex results! How long do i have To wait?

Took my text on February 25, 2013, and am still waiting for the results. Can anyone tell me if I should be concerned and call the board, or just wait a couple of more days?

It all depends on the state, some states NLCEX is the last step so once the state BoN receives your results the license is issued other states it's only one of the steps and once the result is received the application goes to board committee for approval which takes 2-6 weeks post NCLEX to receive your license. (The states with delays are more likely to participate in quick results)

Have you checked the CA license verification online to see if your license # has been posted? Lots of testers in my area find their results that way, before receiving the pass notification in the mail. CA doesn't give a specific time frame on when you should have received your stuff, but usually 30days is about average.

Took my nclex pn, so it wouldn't be on the website just yet. Not until I get my results and pay 150 for my license. It's been 30 days but from my understanding 4-6 weeks is how long it could take. I'm just so anxious! I guess I can wait a little longer

I'm in CA, I took my NCLEX-PN February 21 and got my results in mail on March 15, I mail it back with the fees that same day. Lets see how long it takes for my license.

Your so lucky you received your results so quickly! Tell me how long you end up waiting for you license.

I was surprise that I got my results in 3wks. My friend took her NCLEX on January 31 and got her results letter on March 2 in the mail. I haven't received my license yet, I mail the the results letter and the fee on March 15, so I'm waiting for my license to arrive in mail

Yes I did, after the test I ran out of the testing center and within 15 minutes after taking the test, I did the PVT and got the good pop up

I would freak out if I had to wait that long. In Utah we apply and pay the Dept of Professional License and do our fingerprints. In one week Pearson Vue notifies us (ATT letter) that we may schedule the test. I scheduled mine to be taken 3 weeks after receiving the letter. Take the test, results are posted in less than 48 hours and my license was in the mail two days after that.
