NCLEX Registration (Fingerprint)

Published

Hello, I'm new here and still residing in the Philippines. I've already passed the local board exam and started to apply for the NCLEX (Illinois).

I already submitted my CGFNS forms to PRC and my school last week so I'll try to contact them for updates this week, then I went to the US Embassy and got two fingerprint cards. My problem is that I know I have to go to the main NBI and have it there be fingerprinted, but to whom should I mail the fingerprint card if I'll be the one mailing them? Do I still send it to the ISP (Illinois State of Police): Bureau of Identification?

Thank you in advance to anyone who could help me out.

NCLEX doesn't require fingerprints, the board of nursing does. You don't apply for the NCLEX. You apply for a nursing license by examination as an internationally educated nurse. Review the IL BoN website for fingerprint instructions

Thank you so much for the correction! I thought of writing down on the reason to be fingerprinted as applying for NCLEX but I haven't filled that part yet so I'll just place 'applying for a nursing license' then. :)
