Hello everyone! I Just took the NCLEX yesterday on OCTOBER 13, 2015 for the 2nd time. The first time I took the NCLEX was July 31, 2015 i had all 265 questions! I AM currently a LPN and passed the NCLEX on 85 questions the first time. I studied so much and kept postponing the test which was a huge mistake. My advice is do not wait set that date ASAP and go for it. When the computer went pass 75 than 107 than 200 than all the way 265 my mind was not prepared and I gave up on July 31. When I went home I tried the Pearson trick and received the credit card page. Yesterday I took it again I took it again and received 265 questions again I stopped halfway through the test and took a break and said to myself you habe came to far to give up now i went back in and answered the remaining questions positively unlike I did when I gave up the first time. WJEN arrived home i received the good pop up. I tried a 1000 times over the last 30 hours. so tomorrow I will find out my quick results will let you know my progress!
i just tried the new pvt with expired card, i got a good pop up and its already been 24hrs; still nervous and restless because i was dragged to 265Q with few SATA and tons of priority and conference Qs. i still have one more question, how long is 48 hours? i mean i took my test yesterday at 2, when i will be able to access quick result? Also, congratulations nurse Pocahontas for passing. its really nice of you to come back in this site and help others. thank you!!
I have never seen proof of a false positive after 24 hours? Can you show me? Please?
COULD I? Yes. WILL I? No. Because sifting through hundreds of threads to prove to you something that is already pretty well-known by those who have been regular readers of this forum is a colossal waste of time. For those of us following this for the last few years....it's VERY old news.
People HAVE been charged (even after 24 hours, although most of the time it's been before) when a 'pass' was the result. Tends to be, too, from people who just cannot stop themselves (no self-control) from repeatedly doing the PVT. Authorize enough charges....then don't be surprised that one goes through.
You welcome! The 48 hours will be the exact time you stopped taking the exam. For instance I started at 11:15 and stopped at 2:14 pm and the quick results were available exactly at that 2:14pm.1 Not a minute before or a minute after! I'm claiming your pass!!
48 hours is a guideline, people CAN and HAVE gotten their Quick Results at Hour 46. Sometimes, if a QA review is in order (a hold has been placed, without the candidate's knowing), then QR will be unavailable until that audit is complete.
"Not a minute before or after" is entirely incorrect.
I didn't ask you to I was clearly talking to someone else? And your talking about looking through threads I'm talking about every nurse I have ever known which is 100s. No one ever said the trick did not work for them. But like I said it is a trick at the end of the day! WHICH IS WHY I SAID THEIR CAN BE FALSE NEGATIVES!!! Anyways 48hours are the guidelines. They asked how LONG Did I WAIT. I said I received minds not a minute before.soooo. and if you notice I said I did not have $200.00 on my card so I can try the PVT as much as I wanted to because it would not charge my card ANYWAYS!!!

How about calming down and losing the incredibly rude attitude? I posted because what you were saying to someone else was wrong. On a public forum, you do not dictate who does and does not post, so you can lose that, too.
In case OTHERS are reading this who want to learn something (since you don't need to know anything, it appears), if someone uses a credit card with less than $200 of funds available, it has ALSO happened that a "card declined" message will be seen, because a charge attempt was made, not because a failure was certain.
In those cases, people have been crushed, believing they failed because of the "bad pop up" and later came back to tell about how they PASSED.
So, if you want to spew attitude and throw an online tantrum, that's on you....I'm hoping that others will be happy to learn something from someone who knows, clearly, more than you.
Trick still works change your expiration date on your cc, it use a green dot card with no money. If is says after entry that your card has insufficient funds, then unfortunately you did not pass, because if you had the 200 dollars on the card it will prompt you to register for another exam. Congratulations, if you got the red triangle staing that you cannot register for another exam at this time meaning you passed and you are officially an RN.
