    passed in 265Qs

Hi everyone, Today I found out I passed NCLEX through quick result. i always thought i would come back and post my success story if i pass. I wanted to encourage and help future test takers like the others did to me. Here goes my story, i studied Saunders review book and did kaplan and Linda la charity questions(not the case studies). i studied for 3 weeks approx. 12 to 15 hours a day. i studied everything from Saunders, but i did not finish kaplan questions. i completed 50% of Q Bank and did question trainers except 7. My scores were: Diagnostic test 54%; QT1 53; QT2 54; QT3 53; QT4 55; QT5 50; QT6 58; and Readiness test 66%; Qbank aroun55% (read rationales of both right and wrong questions afterwards) If any of you are getting scores below 60 in kaplan, don't panic but keep on doing more questions. After taking NCLEX, i felt that both content and test taking strategies are equally important. i was given 265Qs which means i was tested from almost every topics. I found Saunders really great book for content revision even though its questions are more content type, so i did not do Qs from Saunders. Here comes Kaplan, their QS are difficult and analysis/application kind. Kaplan prepared me pretty well with test taking strategies and question format. (in short, without kaplan i would not have passed nclex) Next, Linda La Charity book, this book turned out to be blessing to me because I got lots of prioritization and delegation questions. Few SATAS, 3 exhibit Qs, 2 calculations, no drag and drop and audio. I felt that type of question does not matter if you are good in content and test taking skills. Moreover, don't panic if your computer do not shut off at 75, it means you still have chance to pass. If you have any questions feel free to ask, i will be more than happy to help you all. GOOD LUCK FUTURE TEST TAKERS.

    Computer shut at 265

i think i mislead with my sentence. what i meant was i paid for quick result today and found out i passed. i am not verifying pvt trick, its just a trick that i did before knowing my result. Also, i am not comparing the trick with legitimate test result.

NCLEX "OCTOBER 13, 2015 Pearson Vue trick.Good popup vs Bad

i just tried the new pvt with expired card, i got a good pop up and its already been 24hrs; still nervous and restless because i was dragged to 265Q with few SATA and tons of priority and conference Qs. i still have one more question, how long is 48 hours? i mean i took my test yesterday at 2, when i will be able to access quick result? Also, congratulations nurse Pocahontas for passing. its really nice of you to come back in this site and help others. thank you!!

I took my test today at 2, nclex dragged me all the way to 265, I sat there for 5 and half hours totally drained. Haven't tried pvt because I don't want to risk 200$, but pretty agitated and restless. Few satas, 2 med calc., lots of priorities, and nsg. Conference questions. I feel like I failed because I didn't get difficult questions, but confusing one, one with similar answers. Is anybody in the same boat?

    nclex exam suggestions

I am taking nclex tomorrow. I did Saunders and Kaplan, but did not finish. I thought 3 weeks would be enough for preparation, but I was wrong. Didn't get time to finish qbank and qt 7. However, I got 66% in readiness test, I don't feel prepared enough for the test. Any last minute suggestions for the test?
