You can do this!!!!!!!! Be positive. Try to find out on which part you need to concentrate more. Make a calender and fill it up with 5-6 days(at least 4-5 hours daily) on one topic. Make sunday for resting. and again start new topic. Eat well & hydrate is very important. Wish you all the best..........

you'll do fine i had people to tell me to study my meds so i studied every single day for 2 months straight at least 100 questions a day.. i studied everything but did extra on SATA questions and infection control. just make sure you go over your weaknesses and brush up on ur strengths. do not forget ur critical thinking skills! what helped me think about the questions was when i read them i told myself that i would explain to a "patient" it couldn't be this because....so and so.. so i made myself think i was teaching a patient or helping another peer with the study questions. it helped a lot. it also helped to have 1 day a week studying sessions with another person or two because they can teach you something and vice versa because everybody has diff ways of learning. good luck

i took the nxcle pn april 20th, i, so scared that i failed! im in virginia so i just found out that i dont have the quick results option which really sux! i did the so called pearsonvue trick and i got the pop up? but still dont know what to think. i have extreme test anxiety! i also went to the bon website to c if i had a liscense but ofcourse it said no match found. if anyone knows anything i can do to find anything out about my results please please fill me in!
ha sorry gosh u can tell i was a nervous reck in tha post i misspelled ALOT lol but I PASSED:bowingpur YAY!
I PASSED NCLEXPN ON THE FIRST TRY WHOO HOOO! :w00t:THE PEARSONVUE TRICK REALLY WORKS BELIEVE IT! THE BOOKS I USED TO PREPARE FOR THE NCLEX WAS SAUNDERS (THE GREEN ONE) I MAINLY JUST USED THE CD THO, AND NCLEX PN FROM PEARSON ALSO MAINLY USING THE CD. i had a rough time getting thru nusrsing school the first time i failed PVR and was out by week 3, the second time i failed nutrition and was out by about week 12. please dont laugh it had been a very long time since i had been in school, everyone said i studied to hard i still dont understand that and i have extremely horrible test anxiety and the instructor was a nightmare always putting u down infront of the whole class and saying we would never make it that we were failures. well when i failed the first time i told her she could say what ever she wanted but as long as they would except me back in that if it took me 20 years i would make it and that i would not let her destroy my dreams:madface:! she said that no one has ever failed then gotten back in and made it through the whole program:eek: ha i showed her! her part of the program was the only part i had trouble with the rest seemed like a breeze compared to hers. AND i passed the nclex on the first attempt!! so i m living proof u should NEVER give up on ur dreams no matter how long it takes! a nurse is the only thing that i have ever wanted to do, and now that i have raised my kids and got thru that awful class i can have my dream come true and live for me now:nurse:! OH id also like to add to all u nursing students that say or think (well ill pass bc iv never failed anything b4) NEWS FLASH this is nursing and anything is possible not many of us have failed anything b4 this i graduated college with a 4.0 and look now! well thank u for reading my story i hope it gives some inspiration to those in need! we should try to help each other when possible instead of like the other person is out to take our job like one of my class mates treated me but thats ok bc karma will find her!

I scheduled to take the NCLEX PN a day before my birthday..I remember stepping out of that room, thinking that I failed for sure...I went home and did the good pop up (got a good one), but didnt trust it...i went to sleep after midnight before I checked if name is on Arizona BN, it was not...as soon as I get up, I checked it again and I did it every hour...at 0800 it says I passed!!! And @ 0900 have a License #...only then I know/believed that I truly passed and now I can say that I am a NURSE...I have to say that the school give me that knowledge more than anything else.. Review class (not sure)...all nurses study guide is an amazing tool...i did nclex question everyday for at least 3 hrs. 1 week before the test...and I took the NCLEX as soon as I received my ATT...

(step 1)i would suggest focusing on the content areas you know that you are weak/struggle/have problems in first. review it as much as you can till you are comfortable with it, then review the areas that you already to reinforce the knowlegde. (step 2)get the kaplan strategies, practice and review 2012-2013 book from amazon like $22. read it cover to cover 3 times, practicing and understanding how to use each strategy step by step till you can identity which is the strategy to use when answering a particular question. do not cram the steps/ strategy it won't work. after reading all the strategy, now you can attempt the questions on the back and once you answer the question on the back, read the rational for both right and wrong answers trust me it worked for me. i had so much more insight on how i arrived at the right answers and wrong answers.(step3) pda book ( priortorization, delegation, assignment) this book is a must have, practice , apply the kaplan strategy with each question and read the rational for both right and wrong answers. (step 4) exam cram 3rd edition with 1000 questions including the cd. apply the strategy with each question is work, it all about pratice, practice, practice (allen iverson voice lol :rotfl:). with the exam cram start with the study mode to fill it out by doing 50 ques, then 75 ques, then 100 ques applying the strategy and then proceed to the exam mode still using the strategy to answer the questions. (step 5) the last 2wks or wk before your test, practice sata questions through www.nclex.dover.edu/nclexpn3000 click on review - under alternate items only click on nursing topics- click select all - the next part is key practice 30 questions from the alternate items daily and reading the rationals. in that same wk review the allnurses study guide https://allnurses.com/attachment.php?...7&d=1310076980 3 times. review it the day before your exam and on your way to the test center.(step 6) mediating, working out and positive reaffirmation everyday(saying i will pass my nclex exam and believing in what u say). you have come this far and quiting is not an option, success the the only option and it will be yours. think of a time when you were confident or passed an an exam and felt good about yourself and tap into the energy and use it for motivation. last but not the least i dont know your religion, but whatever it is pray and fast it helps. on the day of your exam relax and control your breathing. take breaks if you have to or when its offered. remember that the pain that u feel right now is only temporary and success will eventually take its place which will be permanent. but if you quit now the pain will be forever. there is a video on youtube by eric thomas on success type in "how bad do you want it success" in the search bar on youtube the video comes up and its very motivation/inspirational. so now make a study schedule for youself and stick with it. figure out what study style is best for you and stick with. i know you have heard everyone here say this, "you can do it, just believe, know it and claim it.

Oh my gosh!. Your testimony blow my mind. You sound so similar to me, although am still in the nursing school almost done with my semester. Also, am struggling too, and yet my friends told me all the time that I study too much not to have at least the highest grade in the class lol. If you don't mind, please email me at [email protected] I have a couple of questions to ask you. Thank you. Mike

I just took my NCLEX today. I was really nervous because the questions were really hard. And my computer kept on throwing me SATA questions, which I wasn't sure at all if I answered 'em correctly. I can say 50% of the questions I answered were all SATA then some computations and a little bit of the traditional multiple choice type. My test ended in 85 questions and to note that till I finished my exam, I kept on receiving SATA type questions. I hope it's a good sign. I answered all 85 q's (which is the minimum for NCLEX-PN) for 2 hours. After I took the exam, I felt so drained and weak. haha I hope I pass. I still need to wait a couple of weeks
Hey guys! Just wanna let you know that I passed my NCLEX! Just received the official results in the mail today. :) That Pearson Vue Trick is LEGIT! :))
