I took my Nclex PN today. It was hard....or so I thought. The computer shut off after 87 questions. Does that mean that I failed. I am hoping that I did well and was above the standard ..............I have to wait till Tuesday next week to find out.....It's going to be a long weekend. And the sad part is if I fail...........I have to wait 45-90 days to retake it. I did well in school, ..........but this was different..........and then the way the computer just shuts off..........
Anyone with prior Nclex PN experience????? How was it for you?
New creation...
OMG!!! i am shaking so bad as i sit and read all i can about the NCLEX!!
I take mine the 22nd of Aug.......the day i got my number to test is the day my stomach started doing flip flops!! and it got worst after she told me my date.....I try to do some questions everyday......like yesterday i did all 100 on exam mode for saunders.......not all at once though....30 here.30 there etc....got some 80%,some 60% so on....all over the place,up and down.....I am so lost...i have no idea where to begin or even what to study....i did ok in school....not a 90s person but mid to high 80s.....

oh...how to study the meds? I really stink at them....if i am not passing them everyday or atleast working around them and looking them up...i lose it.....i am working, but only training so i am not around the meds as of yet...just getting to know the residents and taking them to doc apts....it is with the mentally challenged...it is a group home setting...lots of feeding tubes and trachs..which i love!!!:heartbeatso any suggestions on meds would be helpful too.....sorry to get off track.....
NCLEX AUG 22....HERE I COME!!!!
I never did the Exam Reviews on the saunders review. I couldn't sit there and wait to go threw the whole test! It was too boring. I would do tons of the quizzes, I never counted how many a day I did. I got between 70's and 80's. And I always read my rationals to the questions. I used the book for the "specefic areas". I just did the meds that were in the book. Otherwise I never studied meds either. I'm probably not a good example lol.
Good Luck!
I PASSED the NCLEX-PN!!!!!!!!!!:wink2: It was pure torture just waiting for the results! I didn't even check the results myself. I had my boyfriend go online and pay for the Pearson Quick Results and he read the results to me!!!!!!!! I was absolutely convinced that I had failed, but everyone around me was so encouraging, including people on this website. I prepared by reviewing my notes and answering 5,000 NCLEX prep questions. Even with all of that preparation, I still walked away on exam day not knowing how to feel. Congrats to others who have passed as well!
