So the 2nd one i failed recieved a bad pop up so they send me another rexamination i took my test july 21,2012 and got the good pop up for 2months of waiting. And i got a letter today saying denial of application for licensure because of what happen on nov 21,2011. I can request for hearing within 60 days after 60 days my right for hearing will be deemed waived and request to wait one year before reapplying for licensure. I don't get it,before they send me a re examination wouldn't they review my records and application? it's killing me guys i hope you guys can give me an advice thanks!
You do not understand, I said when I got to 179 question I demanded a break to use the restroom, the proctor log me out or paused the test. I remembered the last question I have seen was unanswered. when I was coming out the restroom I had sanitary tissue. The lady was at the restroom unexpectedly she said I m not allowed to have anything in my hands. So when I got back to test room, she said I m not allowed to continue the test. She did not the scan of my palm. She told me to go home. So I did not understand how come I passed either. I m worried because I do not know if the lady filed a report or not. Should I call the lady or the center to find out?

Call pearson vue and ask for the status of your exam. When you left did you get a email from pearson vue? I know that every state is different but everyone that I know that completed their nclex got a email from pearson vue stating that the exam was complete and it gave the next steps to finding out your results.
That does not mean pass or fail. Sometimes it's same day. Sometimes its next day.
She did say (maybe it was on the other thread? Two are running simultaneously...) that she paid the $8 fee and QR said she passed.
Look, OP, the bottom line is that the only way you could possibly have passed is if you completed the exam. That's it. Nothing else to say about it. You finished the test.
About getting licensed.....entirely different concern. Pearson Vue isn't going to tell you anything here, because PV doesn't determine whether a license is going to be issued for you. They are OUT of the equation now. Forget them.
Your fate rests with the State BoN. Simple as that. When they make their decision, they will tell you.
It's possible the woman in the restroom was blowing smoke and never said a single word to anyone about the infraction. If she never filed a report, the BoN won't know about it either. It would be beyond stupid for you to start calling around and asking questions, stirring things up, don't you think?
LET IT REST. When you get an email or letter congratulating you.....when you see your name and license number on the State website.....you know then that you are a nurse. If you get something from the BoN telling you otherwise....then you know that instead.
That's it. Nothing else to be done here.
Get a lawyer!! Get your local politicians involed. write to DOE. Get help.Dont be afraid to contact anyone who can be of assistance to you.
It might take time but be FOCUSED. Be GOAL ORIENTED.
The OP did get a lawyer but when you cheat and/or break the rules for exam security that you agreed to there isn't much anyone can do. Three plus years later it's likely resolved.

Ok, so you were quite WRONG when you told us you DID NOT finish the test. YOU DID.
You were asked to leave the testing center before going back to find the test had shut off after your break. THAT means that your test is now going to be reviewed by your State BoN, and THEY will determine if they wish to ignore your infraction and issue a license....or not.
You did not leave the test before you finished, that is the point. Getting a license....who knows. Starting to think pretty much anyone can get a license....
