Nclex overwhelming me!

Anyone feel overwhelmed by the NCLEX like me? Exam coming soon and I am so stressed out. Of late, it becoming worst. Practicing Questions make me angry and tired, because I can't believe I am doing this again. I feel like I am loosing my love for nursing. The last time I did the NCLEX and failed, I was so disappointed. I spent so much money on review programs etc. Also, I studied so hard. Now, it seems that I am not excited to study and go after my dreams of getting my RN License. With that being said, I never felt like this before. Anyone else feels that way?

You are not alone. i havent taken it yet, but im taking it tomorrow. i have done kaplan questions, saunders questions and also signed up with NSCBN which is suppose to be the best ones out there.. i feel overwhelmed too and i get a lot of the questions wrong still after answering about a million.. i guess i would ask myself why i failed it the first time? what did u do the first time u tried to take it? what was hard about it and what subjects did they usually ask about? i would say to try to brush up on those.. but dont give up dude... the harder it is, the more its worthwhile. i havent slept in 2 weeks.. i wake up every morning at 6am freaking out and not being able to eat. ive had bad stomach cramps and nightmares about this test.. you are not alone.. try to relax and answer more questions and read more books... i know its hard.. but you only have to get like a bit over 50% of the questions right.. also, when is your test?

I feel ya. I am exhausted looking over questions and rationales behind it. More I look more I feel dumb and know less content. I am taking mine tomm- goal is to get a good nights sleep and pray a lot before exam tomm. I tried my best! OMG!

Good luck you guys!

Good luck new2!..We will succeed:)

All the best guys... our prayers..... yet to book my exams... my motivation level is on the negatives....

Yes will let you guys know how it went tomm night! :)

I am feeling so overwhelmed too! I'm trying to take it day by day but there is a lot to prepare for! I wish you the best of luck though! We can all do this :)

Scared also... I test in two weeks. I am going to attempt 200 questions a day from all different sources and hope that I am able to pull off the exam. Ahhh! Good luck to you!

Hadassah16, you are not alone. it's overwhelming indeed and that's how i feel right now too since i am on pharmacology and i just hate it so much but i cannot afford to fail anymore and i don't want to give up because if i do, i know i will regret it for the rest of my life having come this close to becoming a USRN and i will just throw everything like it's not a big deal. This test has been giving me nightmares also, almost every night i feel guilty to go sleep for 8 hours, i will wake up at 3 or 4 am from a dream that my saunders book was actually alive and yelling at me to get up and read it again. Yeah...that bad and there are days when i feel like i am just neglecting myself, i forget to eat, drink, comb my hair etc... i feel you and you are not alone but this too shall end and it will be soon with a positive result ;)
