Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

hi everybody,

I passed the nclex RN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that i made it with all the drama in my life (lol) and again thanks to u all................ now to those that are planning for the text, this is how i did it:

first of all, know i had been out of school and didn't take my exams for a long time due to family issues so was really rusty haha!!!

when i got my authority to test two months ago, i made a schedule.

study b/w 8 to 9 hrs in a day and at the end of the week, i use the weekend to do questions on what i had study. I read unit 1 -vii in saunders, used a friends LPN test book for my body content which is much simplier and less volume for the body system!!! (it same human body so it all the same thing their talking about. moreover, saunders body system has too much information for me to handle) two weeks before my test day, i started working on how to prioritizy by using priotirazation, delegation and assignment by mosby. finally ended my study with kaplan Qbank, i got b/t 60% to 72% for 1 to 4 and 65% for #7. i read all rational for the ones i got wrong and if i don't understand i go back to study the content. A day before i sit for the exam i read Kaplan strategies. Before i started taking the exam, i wrote down all labs and steps to help pick the right answer: maslaw, ABC and assessment before lmplementation. it used 1hr for the 75 questions. I got 3 question strieght from kaplan!! e-mail me if u have any question. If i can make it without no review course, u can do it, just be focus and keep saying, i can do this, i can do this.I am willing to help anytime.:balloons:
