Ok so I have been waiting for my ATT since I graduated and FINALLY got it today! I scheduled it for Feb 16th in the afternoon (about 13 days away) I have been studying but not intently since I graduated. I would do some questions here, some there, look at my hurst videos here and there but wasn't intense about it at all and some days didn't even study. I am now ready to kick it into high gear and study my butt off for the next 13 days!! I have a job opportunity that starts beginning of March and I am going away from the 18th - 25th and this was the best fit for me. Am I crazy for doing this?? Is it possible if I study very hard that I can pass??? Im so nervous!! Anyone do something similar and pass before??

Specializes in Surgical/Ortho.

It can be done for sure. I studied hard for about 2 weeks and passed with 75 questions. My school has a very high pass rate at 98% last year and 100% the two years before that, so I truly atribute my success to their teaching and not my two weeks of studying. Stay positive, work hard and you will do great! No turning back now!

Thank you!! I'm so nervous and keep second guessing myself. I am doing all hurst videos (and plan to watch them a second time when I am finished) then the q bank questions and I also have access to Kaplan qb and questions. I also plan to review lab values etc closer to the date and do SATA questions from the Saunders CD I have. Think that is enough?

What is important to also read the rationale and reduce your habit of second guessing yourself.

I had a problem with second guessing myself so I decided to write down which ones I would eliminate and why before picking my final answer.

With the date being close, you also have to find a way to reduce your anxiety and think positive of the outcome.

Also, if you have access to kaplan, use the decision tree.

Also, find out what your strengths and weaknesses.
