Dont give up hope, Which kaplan book did you use, the one from the class offered or the one with the test taking strategies?
I found the prentice hall disc very...very useful I found it to be helpful in preparing for the nclex as did many of my classmates. I found the book very thick and a bit overwhelming but loved the disc!
I took the Kaplan class so I have that book and the test strategy book. I have done all those questions and I either remember the answer or remember the question and which answer went with it. I dont think I should use Kaplan this time. I have the Saunders. Do you think that is enough? Also should I just do questions or study content? Please help

i agree, the disc is great.
I have both Kaplan books. I took the class and completed all the q bank questions. I felt well prepared for the last time I took the test. Maybe I will never pass it. I do not know how to any more prepared that I already was.
Okay, calm down, if i u knew my story you would understand, many of us go through things. Its not the end of the world, you just have to find a strategy that works for you. Have you ever taken a Hesi? The test sucks, i had to take it to exit my school (totally off the subject but that should be illegal!) , however i passed nclex on the first try. The test gives you a report, allowing you to find your weakness and strengths. Do you fel its content or test taking strategies?
I honestly think that after taking the test twice you made need to give your brain a little down time. Suzanne does a nclex plan using saunders, maybe you could check her out, it seems to help many people. Though I did not use her strategy i have viewed her post and emailed her a few times and she is very.. very helpful!
