Hi,
I don't know what to do.
I already send all my requirments to CA regarding about my application of NCLEX last Feb 2008 but almost 7months of waiting i don't receive any reply from them.
I dont know if there is a problem sending my application.

Did you in fact pass the local license exam in your country? If not, then CA will not grant you permission to test for the NCLEX exam.
Recommend that you do some reading here on why it is not advisable to go thru CA if you do not hold a SSN# already.
Average wait now is about four to six months to get permission to test if there are no issues with your application.
Best of luck to you.
i already sent all my requirements and it almost 7 months. I am wondering why it takes that time. My friend is also waiting for her eligibility and it almost a year waiting for that.
can you tell me any advise? what should i do.
thank you.

Hi julz. I think the best thing to do is to follow up your application by calling the Cali BRN. At least, that way, you will know directly from them what the problem really is.
hi again,
i already passed my local exam. im trying to call and email them but they are not responding.
I think there's no other way but to keep calling them. I read some posts here that it is really hard to get a response from the BRN. You have to be persistent to get through and get a reply hehe
yes jbc, thanks a lot.. that what should i do. i will keep on email them and call them.
but i have one more question, it's okey to have a another application again in other state like new mexico despite of my application to ca?
I think it's okay, but what for? With New Mexico you will be spending for the CES (which is done by CGFNS) to get your credentials evaluated before they will look at your application plus the application fee.
First and foremost, as what the moderators always say here, where do u really want to work?
i really want to work at ca, im just thinking that my eligibility at ca is take some time.. hehe.. if thre is reciprocity option to work in other country.?
im on hurry because my IELTS will expired soon.
what do you think should i do?
When will your IELTS expire? If I were you, I'd stick to Cali after all the wait and what you've gone through hehe then take the NCLEX as soon as you get your eligibility. Have u started reviewing for the exam though?

I think you just have to be patient, always try calling them or if you have a relative their let them do the work because I think it is much easier for them to connect to their line and much cheaper. Me too I'm still waiting for their reply. Good luck.

if you have already paid Ca then you may as well wait for them to make a decision. You have sent your license to them? But be aware with retrogression you are looking at over 3 years so will need to ask for an extension to their 3 year limit before destroying tour file an results or look to moving your results to another BON. Would suggest a read on California as much has been written
